Andrew Carroll is a first generation farmer from Chowchilla, CA. He started in the
Agriculture industry in the spring of 2013. Working for his father in law for one year, he
quickly came to realize there must be a better approach to farming than monoculture,
chemical intensive farming. The cover crop journey started in the spring of 2014 when
the first cover crop was planted on the family farm. Since then, the focus has been
diving deep into soil health practices and striving to change the way agriculture is done
in the central valley.
